Antonio and Sondra met in a mastermind about marketing. One conversation was all it took to realize they clicked.

Both had spent decades building software in the corporate world, and both had gone on to build products and tools of their own and figure out how to market them online.

So they started a side conversation, just the two of them, meeting every week. They called it their mini mastermind.

It didn't take long to realize how much they were getting out of it — enough that they decided to stop keeping it to themselves. So they started recording it.

Antonio Thornton has been a tech nerd since the early 1980s, when he taught himself BASIC on a Tandy 2000 from Radio Shack, and he has spent the three decades since turning that obsession into results for other people's businesses.

A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1998, he built and ran an IT company that served clients including Microsoft, Facebook, Nike, and Georgia Pacific, and he did it by refusing to sell technology for technology's sake. While other firms walked into the conference room talking about Exchange servers and TCP/IP, Antonio talked about the actual problem sitting in front of the owner.

Today he leads Vircaio, where his team builds responsible AI systems that create revenue rather than headlines....and keeps “humans first”.

Sondra solves business problems with technology. She's spent her career doing it from every angle — starting in IT, then management consulting, then enterprise software sales — and now she helps clients build AI systems from strategy through to deployment, through SystemStudio.AI.

Her rule of thumb: garbage in + AI = garbage out FASTER. These days she's focused on helping business owners cut through the noise and actually put AI to work.
